Reuters cited two people familiar with the matter saying CXMT is considering a second 12-inch DRAM fab in Beijing's Yizhuang area and is discussing at least RMB60 million of support with a locally backed technology manufacturing center. Capacity, total investment and financing structure remain undetermined.
