Industry checks say NVIDIA has restarted Rubin CPX with HBM4 and a separate rack design
IT Home, citing Ming-Chi Kuo's industry checks, reports that NVIDIA has restarted the Rubin CPX prefill accelerator with 168GB of HBM4, up to 2,300W per chip and a separate MGX ETL rack, targeting production in the first quarter of 2027. NVIDIA has not confirmed the restart, specifications or timing, so every parameter remains attributed to one media source.
