Equinix is reported to have signed an 11.5 MW virtual PPA in Singapore

Data Center Dynamics reported on August 18 that Equinix signed a virtual PPA with Flo Energy for at least 11.5 MW from commercial and industrial rooftop solar, with an option to expand to 50 MW. It also reported that Equinix's contracted renewable portfolio in Singapore reaches 215 MW and is expected online in 2028. No matching public announcement for this agreement was located from Equinix or Flo Energy. The 11.5 MW is reported PPA scale, not data-center IT load, energized capacity or delivered energy.
