SpaceX reportedly plans to launch Nvidia-powered AI satellites as early as 2027
MarketWatch reported on August 24 that SpaceX is working with NVIDIA on space-based AI data centers. Citing Elon Musk, it said the first Starmind AI1 satellites are targeted for launch in Q4 2027, with a larger scale-up in 2028. The report did not provide complete primary documentation for satellite design, chip count, power, orbital infrastructure or launch contracts.
